Where’s my order?
Many of our items are made to order, so each one is printed after you place your order. If you checked out with an account, you can see your order status any time in My Account. Can’t find it? Send us your order number with the form above and we’ll check on it.
How long does shipping take?
Because many items are printed to order, delivery time depends on production plus the shipping method you choose. You’ll see the available shipping options and costs at checkout. Need it by a certain date? Message us before you order.
Can I return or exchange something?
We don’t accept returns or exchanges, since many items are made to order. But if you got the wrong item, it arrived damaged or with a print defect, or it was lost in transit, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos and we’ll do our best to make it right with a replacement. How do I pick the right size?
Use the Size Guide link on each product page before you order; it has the measurements for that style. Replacements aren’t available when the wrong size was ordered, so if you’re between sizes, compare the chart with a shirt you already love.
